Invitation for quotation: Maintenance and chemical refilling for fire extinguishers in 2025

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to submit quotations for maintenance and chemical refilling of fire extinguishers in 2025 as per the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor Quotation Guidelines” section and send a stamped hard copy to the Building Management Department - Basement B2 – Area A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor Quotation Guidelines:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractors download the Excel file of the invitation list here and fill in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractors click the link here to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractors fill in the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and email address of the contractor.

Step 4. Contractors upload the following files:

Upload the scanned quotation file, signed and stamped, in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and stamped" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel catalogue file (the file filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor's quotation sheet" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical file, other files" section: note that contractors should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip) file.

Step 5. Click Save and complete the quotation process.

If the contractor needs to modify the quotation, please repeat steps from Step 1 to Step 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

The contractor completes the data according to the template provided by the Hospital in the "Quotation template for contractors (hard copy template to be signed and stamped)" section and includes the still-effective award contract for the awarded items at medical facilities, to the Building Management Department - Basement B2 – Area A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)
