The Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital invites interested and capable suppliers to provide quotations for vehicle property insurance services for cars for 2026 - 2027 according to the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor quotation guide” section and send the stamped paper copy to the Administration Department - 4th Floor – Area A - Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor quotation guide:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractor downloads the Excel file of the invitation list here and fills in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractor clicks the link here  to submit the quotation information.

Step 3. Contractor fills in the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email.

Step 4. Contractor uploads the following files:

Upload the scanned quotation file, signed and stamped in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and stamped" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel list file (the file filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor's quotation table" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical file, other files" section: note that the contractor should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save information and complete the quotation process.

If the contractor needs to modify the quotation, please repeat steps from Step 1 to Step 5.

Part 2. Send hard copy to the Hospital

The contractor completes the data according to the template provided by the Hospital in the "Price quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor to sign and stamp)" section and sends it together with the still-effective winning contract for the awarded items at medical facilities (if any) to the Administration Department - 4th Floor – Area A – Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)
