Invitation for quotation: Supply of aluminum-plastic panel suspension system for canopy roof Gate No. 1

Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital invites interested and capable suppliers to provide quotations for supplying an aluminum-plastic panel suspension system for canopy roof Gate No. 1, as per the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor Quotation Guide” section and send the stamped hard copy to the Building Management Department - Basement B2 – Area A – Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (address: 215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor Quotation Guide:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractors download the Excel file of the bidding list here and fill in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractors click the link here to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractors fill in the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email.

Step 4. Contractors upload the following files:

Upload the scanned quotation sheet, signed and sealed, in the "File scan quotation, signed and sealed" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel bidding list file (the file filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor quotation table" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical dossier file, other files" section: note that contractors should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Click Save to complete the quotation process.

If the contractor makes changes to the quotation, please repeat steps from Step 1 to Step 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

Contractors complete the data according to the Hospital-provided template in the "Quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor signature and seal)" section, sign and seal, and attach the still-effective award contract for the items awarded at medical facilities, as well as technical documents of the goods (if any), to the Building Management Department - Basement B2 – Area A – Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (address: 215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).
