Invitation for quotation: Supply of medical equipment repair parts, 11th round, 2025

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to provide quotations for supplying medical equipment repair parts, 11th round, 2025, according to the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor quotation guide” section and send the stamped paper copy to the Equipment Supplies Department – 4th Floor – Area A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor quotation guide:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractors download the Excel file of the quotation list here  and fill in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractors click on the link here  to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractors fill in the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email.

Step 4. Contractors upload the following files:

Upload a scanned quotation file with signature and stamp in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and stamped" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel quotation list file (filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor's quotation table" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical file, other files" section: note that contractors should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save information and complete the quotation process.

If the contractor needs to modify the quotation, please repeat steps 1 to 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

Contractors complete the data according to the template provided by the Hospital in the "Quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor to sign and stamp)" section and attach the still-effective award contract for the items awarded at medical facilities, as well as technical documents of the goods, and send them to the Equipment Supplies Department – 4th Floor – Area A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
