Invitation for Quotation: Supply of Disposable Medical Supplies for 2025 (Orthopedic Trauma and Neurosurgery Specialty) - Round 2

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to submit quotations for supplying consumable medical supplies for 2025 (Orthopedic Trauma and Neurosurgery specialty) - round 2, according to the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor Quotation Guidelines” section and send the stamped paper copy to the Equipment and Supplies Department - 4th Floor – Area A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor Quotation Guidelines:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractors download the Excel file of the quotation list here  and fill in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractors click the link here to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractors fill in the company name, business registration number, contact person’s name, phone number, and email address.

Step 4. Contractors upload the following files:

Upload the scanned quotation sheet, signed and sealed, in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and sealed" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel quotation list (the file filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor's quotation table" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical file, other files" section: note that contractors should compress all documents into a single archive file (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save Information to complete the quotation process.

If the contractor needs to modify the quotation, please repeat steps 1 through 5.

Part 2. Send hard copy to the Hospital

Contractors complete the data using the Hospital-provided template in the "Quotation template for contractors (hard copy template for contractor signature and seal)" section and send it together with the valid award contract for the items awarded at medical facilities, as well as technical documents of the goods (if any), to the Equipment and Supplies Department - 4th Floor – Area A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).
