Bệnh viện Đại học Y Dược TP. Hồ Chí Minh lan tỏa tinh thần rèn luyện sức khỏe

With a total route length of 3.1 km, the program leads participants to move through the representative streets of District 5 such as An Duong Vuong, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Tran Phu, Tran Hung Dao, Chau Van Liem and Hong Bang. The lively, bustling atmosphere, full of positive energy, has strongly helped spread the message of healthy, active living to the urban residential community.
Standing out with coordinated uniforms, vibrant sports spirit, and professional demeanor, the force of more than 100 hospital members contributed to creating a beautiful highlight among the participants of the event. After completing the route, everyone received commemorative medals recognizing their effort in maintaining health and their commitment to the community.
It is not merely a physical activity; the District 5 walking program is an opportunity for units to interact, connect, and promote a culture of healthy, active living, something that BV ĐHYD has always been passionate about in its journey of caring for community health.
Sharing after the program, CN. Vũ Thị Thanh Hằng – Nursing Department said: “This morning’s walking program was a rare opportunity for me to leisurely stroll in the heart of District 5, where I am attached every day. The fresh air, the green streets and the sunrise made me feel light, as if re‑energized. More valuable is the bond with colleagues who always stand together on the journey of caring for community health. I hope there will be more meaningful activities like this, so that we can take care of ourselves and continue to spread positive energy to patients.”
