🚨 Chronic hepatitis often progresses silently, patients may not show clear symptoms until the disease has progressed to cirrhosis or severe complications appear. This is one of the main reasons many cases are detected late, reducing treatment effectiveness. However, with advances in medicine, if monitored, managed and cared for according to the proper protocol, chronic hepatitis patients can fully maintain a good quality of life and a longer lifespan.

✨ In this week's Breakthrough Healthcare series, Associate Professor Dr. Võ Duy Thông – Head of the Gastroenterology Department and Senior Specialist Dr. Trịnh Thị Thanh Thúy – Gastroenterology Department, University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, will share a comprehensive management model for chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis patients:
