Job Description

  • Take medical histories, examine and diagnose eye diseases.
  • Explain to patients about their health condition.
  • Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Guide patients on disease prevention.
  • Address patients' inquiries.
  • Participate in in-hospital and out-of-hospital health examinations.
  • Participate in departmental professional briefings: report on on-call sessions and the progress of assigned patients.
  • Participate in hospital-wide regular professional meetings.
  • Participate in in-hospital and out-of-hospital health examinations.
  • Implement technical procedure checklists as required.
  • Participate in regular health education counseling activities at the department.
  • Present professional lessons learned and case reviews as directed by department leadership.
  • Conduct case reviews, report scientific activities, and departmental work reports.
  • Participate in out-of-hospital work according to plan or as assigned.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree preferred; prioritize resident physicians, specialist doctors (Level I) or Master's in Medicine specializing in Ophthalmology.
  • Professional license
  • Doctors with over 3 years of relevant specialist experience or who have worked at top-tier (Level 1) hospitals.
  • English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, writing: level 5, speaking: level 6).
  • Proficient in office computer applications.
  • Good communication skills.
