Job Description

  • Responsible for treating patients during working hours
  • Examine patients at least twice daily, conduct rounds with nurses each morning
  • Examine new patients in assigned area, complete double medical records within 24 hours
  • Prepare and complete patient files for those scheduled for surgery
  • Perform evaluation of forms as required
  • Monitor and handle arising issues related to patients in non‑urgent, non‑emergency cases, including program surgical cases
  • Explain disease condition, treatment plan, discharge to patients/family, specialist examination interventions, case conferences
  • Communicate with nurses to coordinate treatment plan, monitoring, patient care
  • Report to department head/vice‑head on patient status in assigned area
  • Present cases to department head/vice‑head during department rounds as required
  • Perform specialized treatment procedures on patients, adhering to infection control principles
  • Classify severe patient conditions, monitor, administer transfusions… requiring special care regimes
  • Prepare, attend, and present cases at department‑wide, interdisciplinary, and external conferences

Requirements

  • Graduate with postgraduate degree, preferably resident physicians, specialist doctors level I, or Master’s in Otolaryngology
  • Professional practice license
  • Doctors with over 3 years of relevant specialist experience or working at top‑tier (Level 1) hospitals.
  • English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, Writing: level 5, Speaking: level 6).
  • Proficient in office computer applications.
  • Good communication skills.
