Urology Department
Job Description
-
Responsible for treating patients during the working hours
-
Examine patients at least twice daily, visit patients together with nurses each morning
-
Examine new patients in the assigned area, complete double medical records within 24 hours
-
Prepare and finalize patient files for those scheduled for surgery
-
Conduct assessments of forms as required
-
Monitor and handle non-urgent, non-emergency issues related to patients, including program surgical cases
-
Explain the disease condition, treatment plan, discharge to patients/family, specialized examination interventions, and case conferences
-
Communicate with nursing staff to coordinate treatment plans, monitoring, and patient care
-
Report to the department head/vice head on the patient situation in the assigned area
-
Present cases to the department head/vice head when attending department-wide rounds as per regulations
-
Perform specialized medical procedures on patients, adhering to infection control principles
-
Classify severe patient conditions, monitor, administer transfusions… requiring special care regimens
-
Prepare, attend, and present cases at department-wide, multidisciplinary, and external conferences.
Requirements
-
Graduate with a postgraduate degree, preferably a resident physician, specialist level I, or a Master of Medicine in Urology
-
Professional license
-
Physicians with over 3 years of relevant specialty experience or work at top-tier (Level 1) hospitals.

English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, writing: level 5, speaking: level 6).

Proficient in office computer applications.

Good communication skills.
