- 2002: Resident physician in the Department of Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases, Department of Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases, University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City. Participated in the Scientific Research Training Course.
- 2005: Participated in the Scientific Research Training Course. Attended the Specialized Training Course on Respiratory Care. Enrolled in and completed a Master’s program (conversion system).
- 2005: Specialized in Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases and successfully defended the Master of Medicine thesis.
- 2013: Head of postgraduate education and scientific research of the department. Enrolled in and completed the Doctoral Program 2007 – 2010 in Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases and successfully defended the Doctor of Medicine dissertation on 05/10/2010, which was recognized and awarded the Doctor of Medicine degree by Decision No. 347/QD-University of Medicine and Pharmacy on 04/05/2011 of the Rector of University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City. Participated in the Molecular Biology Techniques Training Course in diagnosis and treatment of Tuberculosis, HIV, and Malaria. Attended the Good Clinical Practice Training Course. Attended the University Linkage Training on the topic “Management of HIV infection and Hepatitis B and C”. Attended many short‑term overseas training courses on Tuberculosis and Pulmonary diseases organized by the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (IUATLD).
- 05/2014 - present: Head of postgraduate education responsible for graduate students, resident physicians and scientific research of the department. Recognized by the Chairman of the State Professors Council as meeting the standards for Associate Professor in Medicine in 2014 according to Decision No. 06/QD-HĐCDGSNN on 21/1/2015 (certificate No. 2947/PGS) and appointed by the Rector of University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City as Associate Professor in 2015 in Medicine/Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases according to Decision No. 658/QD-University of Medicine and Pharmacy‑TC‑HC on 23/3/2015. Attended the Faculty Development Training Course for university and college lecturers. Appointed by the Minister of Home Affairs as Senior Lecturer (Level I) according to Decision No. 3340/QD-BNV on 31/8/2016.
