“Every time I take a family member to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, I really like and am moved by the security guard, the transport staff when the vehicle first stops and opens the door. He opens the door for all stopped vehicles, assists wheelchairs, helps patients' families with the most caring and gentle voice I've ever heard, even though his mask covers his mouth, his eyes still smile.

The medical staff work with dedication, quick, and doctors are always gentle with patients.

The hospital is crowded with countless patients because of the top doctors in the field here, but the waiting is very comfortable. Although it's a public hospital, everything is orderly, the staff are extremely professional.

I give a perfect score of 10 for the people, the infrastructure of this hospital and thank the kind energy of the transport staff and security guard once again
