Every time I bring a family member to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, I truly appreciate and am moved by the security staff, the transport attendant who opens the door when the car stops. He opens the door for all stopped vehicles, assists wheelchairs, helps patients for the relatives with the most caring and gentle voice I have ever heard; even though his mask covers his mouth, his eyes still smile.
