"Between June 2023, I was a patient who underwent a large laparoscopic surgery performed by Associate Professor Dr. Lê Châu Hoàng Quốc Chương and Associate Professor Dr. Nguyễn Việt Bình to remove a part of the rectum. For me, the 8 days I spent in the Anorectal Department truly left me with many warm, precious feelings and empathy for those who choose the medical profession. As I write these lines, the emotions from my 8 days in the hospital suddenly resurfaced as if it were just yesterday. I remember the kindness, warm eyes, reassuring demeanor of Dr. Quốc Chương before the surgery, as well as the dedication, gentleness, and the “so sweet” smile each time they entered the room to check on me after the operation."

I remember the posture, the hands clasped behind the back of the young Dr. Việt Bình, looking overly serious yet somehow evoking “so pitiful” every morning when he directly came to examine and advise me.

Remember the young, beautiful nurses who are always caring and gentle in the HM-TrTr Department. The nurses of this department have never made me wait longer than 2 minutes after each call button, they follow procedures and are always as gentle as possible. I also remember the polite, measured and thorough attitude of the two sisters who clean the patient rooms. The 8 days of hospitalization after the "major surgery" in the HM-TrTr Department made me feel much less tired, less painful and gave me the true feeling of a "charitable home". After discharge, I recovered very quickly; 12 days after discharge I traveled with my family and now my health is very good, the treatment results exceeded expectations.

During the time of consultation and hospitalization, I understood the pressure on doctors, nurses, and medical staff... due to the extremely high number of patients seeking examination and treatment at the hospital. However, the doctors and medical staff of BVĐHYD always maintain dedication, caring, professionalism, and a gentle, friendly attitude. I am especially very satisfied with the process of applying digital technology to registration for medical examination and treatment and payment, which has helped patients and their families no longer have to struggle with long waiting times... Today, with the increasing number of patients, ĐHYD Hospital has become an extremely reliable place for patients and their families to place their trust, leading the nation.

Through all of the above, I truly lean towards, admire and respect the hospital leaders because they have the heart and leadership, building and developing BVĐHYD to become increasingly strong professionally in a culturally rich work environment. I think each person working at BVĐHYD will love their workplace a lot and certainly each individual will contribute to BVĐHYD's continuous development.

Because I love BVĐHYD so much, I have become a "crazy" fan of the BVĐHYD Facebook page. And I must acknowledge that the Hospital's Center for Communication and Social Work has performed its assigned duties exceedingly well.
