Digital Skills Popularization Program for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in state agencies

To enhance awareness, knowledge, and digital skills to meet the requirements of digital transformation in professional, management, and administrative activities, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City announces the participation in the Digital Skills Popularization Program for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in state agencies.

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 3519/BYT-K2ĐT dated May 15, 2026, from the Ministry of Health on expediting the implementation of Directive No. 14/CT-TTg dated April 22, 2026, by the Prime Minister regarding the promotion of training and evaluation of digital knowledge and skills for officials, civil servants, and public employees;

Based on the approved Submission No. 132/TTr-CNTT dated May 30, 2026, regarding the implementation of the Digital Skills Popularization Program for public employees and workers at University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City, pursuant to Official Letter No. 3519/BYT-K2ĐT dated May 15, 2026, from the Ministry of Health;

To enhance awareness, knowledge, and digital skills to meet the requirements of digital transformation in professional, management, and administrative activities, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City hereby announces the participation in the Digital Skills Popularization Program for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in state agencies as follows:

1. Participants

Full-time public employees, workers, and collaborators currently working at University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Program Content

The Digital Skills Popularization Program for public employees and workers in state agencies is structured according to Decision No. 1638/QĐ-BGDĐT to equip participants with digital knowledge and skills serving professional, management, and administrative tasks in a digital environment, contributing to meeting digital transformation requirements and enhancing the efficiency of administrative, professional, and governance activities at the Hospital. Specifically, the contents include:

  • Module 1: Basic Knowledge of Digital Transformation.

  • Module 2: Exploiting Digital Information and Data in Official Duties and Work.

  • Module 3: Communication and Collaboration in a Digital Environment Meeting Operational Requirements.

  • Module 4: Creation and Integration of Digital Content in Official Duties and Work.

  • Module 5: Ensuring Information and Data Safety and Security in State Agency Digital Environments.

  • Module 6: Problem-Solving Using Digital Technology.

  • Practical Training.

4.1. Preparation Before Studying:

  • Learning Equipment: Personnel should use a computer (desktop PC or laptop) to participate in the course. Smartphones should be avoided to prevent errors such as interactive videos failing to display, disconnection during tests, and blurred or invalid screenshot reports.

  • UMC Email: Use the UMC email address to log in, participate, and submit the course completion report.

  • VNeID Authentication App: Personnel should prepare their personal mobile phones with the VNeID electronic identification app installed to scan the QR code and log in to the Digital Literacy system.

Public employees and workers must complete the program and final test before July 30, 2026.

Leaders of units are kindly requested to disseminate this information, monitor, and urge personnel under their units to participate and complete the program before July 30, 2026.

Additionally, all esteemed colleagues and staff are kindly requested to proactively arrange their time to participate and complete the program according to the attached instructions. Participation results and completion status will be compiled by unit to report to the Board of Directors.
