Occupational burnout not only affects personal well-being but also impacts work performance, the quality of patient care, and the sustainable development of the working environment.
The scientific symposium "Mental Self-Care: Strategies for Preventing Occupational Burnout" is organized to raise awareness of mental health in the healthcare setting, while providing practical strategies to help early recognize signs of burnout, enhance self-care capabilities, and build a more supportive working environment.
Through in-depth sharing sessions combined with group practices, the program not only helps attendees gain additional perspectives on occupational psychology, but also suggests numerous applicable solutions for management and operations across departments, wards, and medical units.
