Thematic Seminar on Legal Frameworks in Hospital Operations

In the context of the increasingly refined legal system concerning healthcare, medical examination and treatment facilities must not only enhance professional quality but also ensure full compliance with legal regulations in organization, management, and operation. From hospital governance, personal data protection, and the resolution of complaints and denunciations to procurement and bidding, every activity requires a thorough understanding and proper application of current regulations.

To update new legal contents and enhance governance capacity in the healthcare sector, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City is organizing a thematic seminar titled "Legal Frameworks in Hospital Operations" with the participation of experts from the Ministry of Health, the State Audit Office, and hospital managers.

With content structured around practical issues of concern to many medical facilities, the seminar will provide important updates on public hospital management, healthcare legal frameworks, personal data protection, the resolution of complaints and denunciations, the protection of state secrets, and procurement and bidding in public service units.

Besides updating legal knowledge, the seminar will also serve as a forum for managers, legal officers, and medical staff to exchange practical experience and share situations arising during operations, thereby contributing to enhanced governance efficiency and ensuring that hospital activities comply with legal regulations.
