Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital honors marketing solutions that improve patient experience
Recently, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City organized the Final Round of the competition “Experience Marketing Solutions: From Understanding to Developing Healthcare Services”, with participation of over 350 doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
The competition is an activity that concretizes the patient‑centered orientation, promotes management innovation, process improvement and enhances the quality of healthcare services. From 59 submitted solutions, 16 exemplary solutions were selected for the final round, focusing on improving the patient journey in examination, treatment and post‑treatment care.
The Organizing Committee warmly congratulates the teams achieving First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, Encouragement Prize, Commendation Prize and Popular Choice Prize.
