In order to recognize solutions with outstanding ideas, creative approaches, and impressive impact in enhancing patient experience and the quality of medical services, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City organizes a vote for the most impressive solution within the framework of the contest “Experience Marketing Solutions: From Understanding to Developing Healthcare Services”.
The voting program has been expanded for UMC members, patients, and the community, aiming to capture multi-dimensional perspectives from those directly involved, beneficiaries, and partners of the Hospital in the process of improving service quality and care experience.
The voting activity aims to honor initiatives that create a clear imprint on thinking, emotions, and a positive impact on the patient journey, while also contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation, putting patients at the center of healthcare service development.

• Each individual can vote only once, corresponding to one valid email address.
