Warm family bonds amid the rainy season

Recent days, floods in the Central region provinces, especially Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng, Khánh Hòa, Gia Lai, have caused heavy losses in lives and property, causing many families great difficulties. Under the direction of the Party Committee - Board of Directors, the Personnel Organization Department surveyed and reported that 83 staff members – employees of the Hospital have families directly affected and fortunately no fatalities.

Understanding these losses, the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Department Union Committee, and Hospital Youth Union Committee expressed deep concern, and also implemented practical support policies to share with staff members – employees with families in difficulty. Specifically, the Hospital decided to provide support of 3,000,000 VND for each case from the Welfare Fund and a gift, as well as to allow staff members – employees who wish to take 03 days off without counting as leave to visit their families, timely encouraging and assisting relatives. From the fourth day onward, forms of leave, compensatory leave or unpaid leave will be flexibly applied to ensure each case is arranged appropriately.

These decisions are not only timely material support, but also a loving message: the hospital always stands together with staff - workers in all circumstances. In the shared UMC home, we together preserve a humane and affectionate shelter - a place where everyone can share, be supported, and gain strength to move forward confidently.
