Dr. Pham Ngoc Truong Vinh, MD, PhD – Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, with the dissertation: “Outcomes of Laparoscopic Prophylactic Mesh Placement for Parastomal Hernia Prevention Using the Sugarbaker Technique in Rectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Miles' Operation.”

In addition, Nguyen Quang Duy, LLM – Head of the Legal Affairs and Internal Audit Unit, was awarded First Prize in the article category at the Writing and Photography Contest "Proud of 50 Years of the Power Sector in the City Named After Uncle Ho (1976 – 2026)" with his work: "From the White Blouse, Thoughts on the Sleepless Rainy Nights in Orange Workwear."
