Invitation for quotation: Supply of service to connect the Hospital's fire alarm system with the Command Information Center of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Firefighting and Rescue Department

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to submit quotations for providing the service to connect the Hospital's fire alarm system with the Command Information Center of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Firefighting and Rescue Department according to the information below.

Suppliers are requested to send the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Bidder's quotation guide” section and to submit a stamped paper copy to the Building Management Office - Basement B2 – Area A - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).

Bidder's quotation guide:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. The bidder downloads the Excel quotation list file here and fills in the data according to the template (do not add or remove columns).

Step 2. The bidder clicks the link here to submit the quotation information.

Step 3. The bidder fills in the company name, tax identification number, contact person name, phone number, and email address.

Step 4. The bidder uploads the following files:

Upload the scanned quotation file, signed and stamped, in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and stamped" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel quotation list (the file filled in Step 1) in the "Bidder's quotation table" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other files (if any) in the "Technical documents file, other files" section: note that the bidder should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save information and complete the quotation process.

If the bidder needs to modify the quotation, please repeat the steps from Step 1 to Step 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

The bidder completes the data according to the template provided by the Hospital in the "Quotation template for bidders (hard copy template signed and stamped)" section, signs and stamps, and submits together with the valid award contract for the items awarded at medical facilities, technical documents of the goods (if any) to the Building Management Office - Basement B2 – Area A - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).
