The clinic is also suitable for international patients and Vietnamese expatriates, offering a separate waiting area and translation services (English, Chinese, Korean, Khmer, etc.), ensuring clear and convenient communication of medical information.

At the Department of Health Check-ups on Demand, patients are examined by doctors who provide a comprehensive assessment and personalized advice based on age, gender, medical history, and individual risk factors. In the period of inpatient treatment at the Hospital, patients are cared for in a safe, quiet environment that is convenient for recovery. The ward is arranged suitably for rest and basic activities, helping patients feel at ease to focus on treatment.
The nursing team monitors and supports 24/7, promptly meeting care needs and communication support when needed. Patients are also advised on a nutrition regimen appropriate to their medical condition, contributing to improved treatment effectiveness.

Emergency

Timely support for patients in emergency situations
The hospital provides emergency services and patient transportation in out-of-hospital emergency situations. Patients can be transported from their homes or other medical facilities to the Hospital, as well as transferred to another hospital or discharged home when appropriate professional directives are given. Throughout the transportation process, patients are monitored and cared for by medical staff to ensure safety.

The Customer Care Department is the point of contact supporting patients and families during examination and treatment at the Hospital. Patients can contact to receive guidance, have questions answered, and get timely assistance, making the visit more convenient and clear.
