Invitation to quote for rodent and insect control services at the Hospital for 2025 – 2026

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to provide rodent and insect control services at the Hospital for 2025 – 2026 and submit quotations according to the information below.

Dear suppliers, please submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Bid Submission Guide” section and send the stamped paper copy to the Building Management Department - Basement B2 – Zone A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).

Bid submission guide:

Part 1. Submit bid online

Step 1. Contractors download the Excel tender list file here  and fill in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractors click the link here to submit bid information.

Step 3. Contractors fill in the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email of the contractor.

Step 4. Contractors upload the following files:

Upload scanned bid sheet file, signed and sealed, in the "Scanned bid file, signed and sealed" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel tender list file (filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor's bid sheet" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other files (if any) in the "Technical documents file, other files" section: note that contractors should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Click Save and complete the bidding process.

If the contractor needs to modify the bid, please repeat steps 1 through 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

Contractors complete the data using the Hospital's template in the "Bid price form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor's signature and seal)" section and attach the valid winning contract for the awarded items at medical facilities, along with the product technical documents, to the Building Management Department - Basement B2 – Zone A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City).
