Invitation to Quote for Supply of Trash Bins 2025 - 2026

Hospital of University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to provide quotations for trash bins for 2025 - 2026 according to the information below.

- Quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor signature and seal): download.

Suppliers please submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor Quotation Guidelines” section and send the stamped paper copy to the Building Management Department - B1 – Area A - Hospital of University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor quotation guidelines:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractor downloads the Excel file of the invitation list here  and fills in data according to the template (contractors note not to add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractor clicks the link here  to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractor fills in company name, tax code, contact person name, phone number, contact email.

Step 4. Contractor uploads the following files:

Upload scanned quotation file, signed and sealed at the “Scanned quotation file, signed and sealed” section: note the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload Excel catalogue file (data filled in Step 1) at the “Contractor quotation table” section: note the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) at the “Technical file, other files” section: note the contractor should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save information and complete the quotation process.

In case the contractor makes changes to the quotation, please repeat steps from Step 1 to Step 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

The contractor completes the data according to the Hospital's template in the “Quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor signature and seal)” section and attach the valid winning contract for the awarded items at medical facilities, technical documents of the goods to the Building Management Department - B1 – Area A - Hospital of University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
