Invitation to quote operation and quality control services for the wastewater treatment system, 2026 - 2027
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to provide quotations for operation services and quality control of wastewater for the wastewater treatment system for 2026 - 2027 as per the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor Quotation Guidelines” section and submit a signed and sealed paper copy to the Building Management Office - Basement B2 – Zone A - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor Quotation Guidelines:
Part 1. Submit quotation online
Step 1. Contractors download the Excel file of the quotation list here and fill in the data according to the template (contractors note not to add or remove columns).
Step 2. Contractors click the “Submit quotation” button below to send quotation information.
Step 3. Contractors fill in the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email.
Step 4. Contractors upload the following files:
Upload the scanned quotation file with signature and seal in the “Scanned quotation file, signed and sealed” section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.
Upload the Excel quotation list (file filled in Step 1) in the “Contractor quotation table” section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.
Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the “Technical documents file, other files” section: note that contractors must compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).
Step 5. Choose Save Information and complete the quotation process.
If the contractor needs to modify the quotation, please repeat steps from Step 1 to Step 5.
Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital
The contractor completes the data according to the template provided by the Hospital in the “Quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor's signature and seal)” section, signs, seals, and submits it together with the valid award contract for the awarded items at medical facilities, and technical documents of the goods (if any) to the Administrative Office - 4th Floor – Zone A – University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)
