Invitation to Submit Bids for Providing Air‑Conditioner, Fan, Vent Cleaning and Air‑Conditioner Repair Services for 2025‑2026

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to provide price quotations for air‑conditioner, fan, vent cleaning and air‑conditioner repair services for 2025‑2026 as per the information below.

Suppliers are requested to submit the electronic price quotation file according to the guidelines in the “Contractor’s Pricing Instructions” section and send the signed hard copy to the Building Management Department - B2 – Zone A - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor’s Pricing Instructions:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractor downloads the Excel file of the invitation list  here  and fill in the data according to the template (contractors should not add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractor clicks the link  here  to submit the quotation information.

Step 3. Contractor enters the company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email.

Step 4. Contractor uploads the following files:

Upload scanned price list file, signed and stamped, in the "Scanned price list file, signed and stamped" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel catalog file (filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor’s price list" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical files, other files" section: note that the contractor should compress all documents into a single archive (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save Information and complete the quotation process.

If the contractor needs to modify the quotation, please repeat steps 1 through 5.

Part 2. Submit hard copy to the Hospital

The contractor completes the data according to the template provided by the Hospital in the "Bid template for contractors (hard copy template signed and stamped)" section and sends it together with the valid winning contract for the awarded items at medical facilities, technical documents of the goods to the Building Management Department - B2 – Zone A - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
