Invitation to submit price for Supply of impact‑resistant bars and column corner protectors

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City invites interested and capable suppliers to supply impact‑resistant bars and column corner protectors to submit quotations according to the information below.

Suppliers are requested to send the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor quotation guidelines” section and send the stamped hard copy to the Building Management Office - B2 – Zone A - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Contractor quotation guidelines:

Part 1. Submit quotation online

Step 1. Contractor downloads the Excel file of the invitation to bid list here  and fill in the data according to the template (contractors note not to add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractor clicks the link here  to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractor fills in company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, and contact email of the contractor.

Step 4. Contractor uploads the following files:

Upload the scanned quotation file, signed and sealed, in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and sealed" section: note that the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel catalog file (the file filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor quotation table" section: note that the system only accepts Excel files.

Upload capability documents, technical documents and other documents (if any) in the "Technical file, other files" section: note that the contractor should compress all documents into a single archive file (rar/zip).

Step 5. Choose Save Information and complete the quotation process.

If the contractor has changes in the quotation, please repeat steps from Step 1 to Step 5.

Part 2. Send hard copy to the Hospital

The contractor completes the data according to the hospital‑provided template in the "Price quotation form for contractors (hard copy form for contractor signature and seal)" section and sends it together with the still‑effective award contract for the items won at medical facilities, technical documentation of the goods to the Building Management Office - B2 – Zone A) - University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
