Suppliers please submit the electronic quotation file according to the instructions in the “Contractor quotation guide” section and send the stamped paper copy to the Building Management Office - B2 – Area A - Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital (address 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Step 1. Contractor download the Excel file of the tender invitation list here  and fill in the data according to the template (contractors note not to add or remove columns).

Step 2. Contractor click on the link here  to submit quotation information.

Step 3. Contractor fill in company name, business registration number, contact person name, phone number, contractor's contact email.

Step 4. Contractor upload the following files:

Upload scanned quotation file, signed and sealed, in the "Scanned quotation file, signed and sealed" section: note the system only accepts PDF files.

Upload the Excel category file (data filled in Step 1) in the "Contractor's quotation table" section: note the system only accepts Excel files.
