Notice of Invitation to Submit Bids for Purchasing Ordinary Solid Waste Allowed for Collection for Recycling Purposes in 2026

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City cordially invites entities with sufficient capacity and experience to carry out the purchase of ordinary solid waste allowed for collection for recycling purposes in 2026. According to the requirements below, please submit a bid proposal to the Hospital with the following specific contents:

- The list of invited bids approved by the Hospital: here.

- Bid template for the bidding entity (hard copy template signed and stamped by the contractor): here.

Instructions for contractors to submit bids:

1. The bid documents of the purchasing entity shall include the following materials:

- Price list of the purchasing entity (signed, stamped);

- Legal documents, capability documents of the purchasing entity regarding the purchase of recyclable waste.

2. Pricing requirements: The quoted price shall include taxes, fees, charges as prescribed by law, transportation costs, delivery, and other requirements of the inviting party. 2. Deadline for receiving bid documents: before 10:00 on 17/12/2025.

3. Regulations on receiving information and bid documents:

- Paper bid signed and stamped by the legal representative of the purchasing entity and sealed.

- Sealed bids may be sent by post or delivered in person at the time of bid opening as stipulated. Bids received by the Hospital after the opening time will be considered invalid.

- The Hospital will publicly open the bids at 10:00 on 17/12/2025, at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, 215 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
