Functions & Tasks
Function: Advise the Management Board and the Hospital Quality Management Council in strategic direction, building and developing a comprehensive quality management system, safety as priority, people as the center, continuous improvement, building a quality culture, enhancing satisfaction and positive experience for patients and healthcare staff
Mission: Serve as the primary unit for implementation and advise the director and the hospital quality management council on hospital quality management.
History
The Hospital Quality Management Department (Hospital Quality Management Department) was established in 2013 with the department organization comprising:
1. Head of Department
2. Deputy Head of Department
3. Specialist in charge of the professional unit
4. Specialist in charge of the non-professional unit
