2003
Phòng Tổ chức cán bộ được thành lập năm 2003. Tiền thân là bộ phận Hành chính -Tổ chức thuộc Phòng khám đa khoa thuộc Trường Đại học Y Dược Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (1994), phòng Nhân sự (2008), phòng Tổ chức cán bộ (2014).

Development Orientation
- Manage all human resources tasks on the software.
- Ensure stable growth of income, compensation schemes, and benefits.
- Develop policies to attract high-quality human resources.
- Provide professional, vocational, and skill training, creating conditions for maximum development of the staff.
- Build a team of legal experts with deep professional knowledge and experience in public health and public administration.
- Enhance the advisory and optimal legal consulting role for the Hospital Leadership Board in management and operation of the hospital, ensuring all hospital activities are standard and safe.
- Establish a legal network throughout the Hospital and connect with the Ministry of Health's legal network and other healthcare facilities; elevate the Hospital's role and position in legal affairs.
