Phòng Khoa học và Đào tạo là phòng chức năng chịu sự lãnh đạo trực tiếp của Giám đốc Bệnh viện và chịu trách nhiệm trước Giám đốc về toàn bộ hoạt động công tác đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học, tổ chức sự kiện, phát hành ấn phẩm Sống khỏe và các phạm vi có liên quan khác.
History
2007
Phòng Khoa học và Đào tạo được thành lập năm 2007. Tiền thân là Phòng Đào tạo - Nghiên cứu khoa học (2001), Phòng Khoa học - Đào tạo (2005), Phòng Khoa học (2006).

Development Orientation
- Build a scientific research culture at the Hospital
- Professionalism and diversification of activities across four areas: Training, Scientific Research, Clinical Direction, and International Cooperation aiming for regional and international standards.
- Become a Clinical Research Center attracting multi-center groups in clinical trial research, becoming a connecting point between Vietnamese and international hospitals.
- Strengthen international publications; undertake projects at the ministerial, provincial, city, ministerial, and State levels
