The Procurement and Bidding Management Unit is a functional unit reporting directly to the Board of Directors, tasked with advising and assisting the Board of Directors in managing procurement and bidding activities at the hospital; organizing procurement and bidding operations at the hospital; and providing guidance on procurement and bidding procedures in compliance with the laws on bidding.

The Bidding Management Unit was established in 2018, formerly known as the Legal Team (2011) and the Legal Affairs Team (2015) under the Administrative Office.
