- 2023 Long-term safety and efficacy of tezepelumab in people with severe, uncontrolled asthma (DESTINATION): a randomised, placebo-controlled extension study
- Nghiên cứu đánh giá kết cục lâm sàng để so sánh hiệu quả của bột hít fluticasone Furoate/Vilanterol 100/25mcg so với placebo (giả dược) về thời gian sống thêm (survital) ở những bệnh nhân bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính (COPD) mức độ trung bình và có tiền sử hoặc tăng nguy cơ bệnh tim mạch.~
- Nghiên cứu pha III đa trung tâm, ngẫu nhiên, mù đôi, nhóm song song đối chứng giả dược được thực hiện trong 52 tuần nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả và an toàn của Tralokinumab ở đối tượng hen là người lớn và vị thành niên kiểm soát hen không đầy đủ với Corticosteriod dạng hít và đồng vận b2 tác dụng dài.~
- Nghiên cứu nhóm song song, 3 phác đồ, ngẫu nhiên, mù đôi, 52 tuần, giai đoạn III, so sánh hiệu quả an toàn và tính dung nạp của sự kết hợp ba thuốc liều cố định FF/UMEC/VI với các kết hợp hai thuốc liều cố định của FF/VI và UMEC/VI, tất cả được chỉ định mỗi ngày một lần vào buổi sáng thông qua một ống hít bột khô ở những đối tượng có bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính (COPD).~
- Nghiên cứu 52 tuần, đa trung tâm, ngẫu nhiên, mủ đôi, dối cứng với giả dược để đánh giá hiệu quả và tính an toàn của QAW039 khi thêm vào phát đồ điều trị hen hiện tại trên bệnh nhân hen phế quản nặng không kiểm soát được.~
