Guide to paying prescription orders directly on the UMC Care app
✨ The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Ho Chi Minh City proudly introduces the Prescription Payment feature via the UMC Care app. With this feature, patients can:
+ Easily pay for medication directly on the UMC Care app
+ View detailed prescription information, including reference drug prices
+ Choose a suitable payment method
+ Receive a medication receipt instantly on the app
✨ How to use:
Step 1: Log in to the UMC Care app.
Step 2: Choose "Pay hospital fees, prescription" => Select the record.
Step 3: Select the "Prescription" tab to view the list and choose the prescription to pay.
Step 4: Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
Step 5: Return to the UMC Care app to receive the online medication receipt.
Step 6: Receive a notification inviting you to collect medication on the app or via SMS and pick up the medication at Pharmacy A.
👉 Note for paying prescriptions on the app:
+ Patients without health insurance
+ Prescriptions must be paid on the same day, within the payment window 06:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) and 06:30 - 13:00 (Saturday).
