Guide to paying prescription orders directly on the UMC Care app

✨ University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City is pleased to introduce the Prescription Payment feature on the UMC Care app. With this feature, patients can:

• Easily pay for medications directly on the UMC Care app
• View detailed prescription information, including estimated medication prices
• Choose a suitable payment method
• Receive the medication sales receipt directly on the app

✨ How to use the feature:

Step 1: Log in to the UMC Care app.
Step 2: Select “Hospital Fee & Prescription Payment” → Choose the patient profile.
Step 3: Select the “Prescription” tab to view the list of prescriptions and choose the prescription you wish to pay for.
Step 4: Select a payment method and complete the payment.
Step 5: Return to the UMC Care app to receive the online medication sales receipt.
Step 6: Wait for the medication pickup notification via the app or SMS, then collect your medications at Pharmacy A.

👉 Important notes for prescription payment via the app:

• This feature is applicable to patients without Health Insurance.
• The prescription must be paid for on the same day it is issued.
• Payment hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
