Open UMC Care app to pay:

| Enter the payment identifier account number:
| Top up the multi-purpose medical examination card for one‑touch payment for all services used at the hospital | Use ATM card, credit card to pay hospital fees.

2. PAYMENT GUIDE:
2.1. ON THE UMC CARE APPLICATION
- Step 1: Log in to the UMC Care app
- Step 2: Choose function: Pay hospital fees, Prescription
- Step 3: Select the patient’s record
- Step 4: Choose the item to be paid:
- Prescription form
- Medication order
- Inpatient hospital fee
- Step 5: Select the receipt to be paid/ prescription to be paid/ hospital fee notice to be paid
- Step 6: Choose the payment method:
- Bank (Mobile Banking)
- E‑wallet
- Bank card / international card
- Scan QR code
- Apple Pay ( Vietcombank , Techcombamk, MB Bank, VPBank, ACB, VIB, BIDV )
- Step 7: Enter information as required (if any)
- Step 8: Confirm payment
2.2. QR CODE PAYMENT GUIDE
- Step 1: Open the banking app or e‑wallet
- Step 2: Choose the QR code scanning function
- Step 3: Scan the code on the prescription/ fee notification slip
- Step 4: Check the amount
- Step 5: Confirm payment
2.3. GUIDE TO PAYMENT BY DESIGNATED ACCOUNT TRANSFER
- Step 1: Open the banking app
- Step 2: Enter the designated account information on the prescription/ fee notification slip
- Step 3: Enter the payment amount
- Step 4: Enter the transfer content (as instructed)
- Step 5: Confirm the transaction
2.4. GUIDE TO PAYMENT BY MEDICAL CARD
- The patient loads money onto the card and uses the card to pay at the counter.
