Important Information for Inpatients
1. I. Amenities for Patients
- 24/7 medical care;
- Nurse call system for requesting assistance from healthcare staff;
- Personal care kit (patient kit), including: toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, comb, bar soap, and tissue box;
- Fully equipped patient rooms with:
- Bedside dining table for each patient;
- Personal storage cabinet;
- Cable television;
- Air conditioning;
- Free Wi-Fi;
- Hot and cold water dispenser;
- Hand sanitizer;
- Patient rooms are cleaned twice daily;
- Meals are provided at the bedside.
2. II. Amenities for Caregivers
- One caregiver is permitted for each patient;
- Any change of caregiver must be reported to the Customer Care staff at the ward;
- Multifunctional chair that can be converted into a bed, with blanket and pillow provided;
- A cafeteria on the 3rd floor is available for caregivers;
- Laundry service staff visit each patient room daily. Service fees are publicly displayed and paid directly by the caregiver. Attached link

Visitors must comply with the Hospital’s current patient visitation regulations. Attached link
4. IV. Other Information
4.1. Insurance
Patients using Health Insurance or private insurance with direct billing/cashless services are requested to present the relevant insurance documents to the ward secretary.
4.2. Payment Methods
- Cash payment at the cashier counter;
- Electronic payment methods, including e-wallets, mobile banking, bank transfers, POS terminals, etc.
4.3. Important Notes
- Patients and caregivers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings;
- Please maintain cleanliness and avoid making noise that may disturb other patients;
- Do not bring pets or strong-smelling food into the Hospital, such as durian, fermented shrimp paste, etc.;
- Television use is not permitted from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM;
- Photography and video recording are not permitted;
- Washing, drying, or hanging clothes within the Hospital premises is not permitted;
- Do not bring bulky items, flammable or explosive materials, hammocks, or folding lounge chairs into the Hospital;
- Cooking, smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, or using stimulants is prohibited;
- Visits by children under 10 years old should be limited.
