Information to know for inpatient patients

1. I. Amenities for Patients

  • 24/7 medical care
  • Call bell system to request assistance from medical staff
  • Personal care kit (patient kit): toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, comb, soap, tissue box
  • Fully equipped patient rooms:
    • Dining table at each bed
    • Personal storage cabinet
    • Cable TV
    • Air conditioning
    • Free Wi-Fi
    • Hot and cold water dispenser
    • Hand sanitizer
  • Room cleaning twice a day
  • Meals served at the bedside

2. II. Amenities for Caregivers

  • One patient per one caregiver
  • Notify the department’s customer care staff if there is a change of caregiver
  • Multi-functional chair that can be converted into a bed, with blanket and pillow
  • Cafeteria on the 3rd floor exclusively for caregivers
  • Daily laundry service in patient rooms provided by the company. Costs are listed and paid by the caregiver [link attached]

4. IV. Other Information

  1. Insurance: Patients using health insurance (BHYT) or hospital-guaranteed insurance must present it to the treatment department secretary.
  2. Payment Methods:
    • Cash at the cashier
    • Electronic payments: e-wallet, mobile banking, bank transfer, POS machine, etc.
  3. Important Notes:
    • Keep personal belongings safe
    • Maintain general hygiene and avoid noise that may disturb other patients
    • Pets and strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, fermented shrimp) are not allowed
    • TV viewing is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
    • Photography and video recording are not allowed
    • Laundry, drying, or hanging clothes in the hospital premises is prohibited
    • Large or flammable items, folding hammocks, and folding chairs are not allowed
    • Cooking, smoking, alcohol, and use of stimulants are prohibited
    • Limit bringing children under 10 years old to visit patients
