Program information:
- Screening date: Saturday (05/7/2025)
- Surgery dates: From Monday to Thursday (07/7-10/7/2025)
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, 215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City

Target patients:
- First-time cleft lip and palate patients:
• Patients with congenital cleft lip not yet operated: must be at least 4 months old, weight at least 6 kg
• Patients with congenital cleft palate: must be at least 12 months old, weight at least 9.5 kg
- Patients with sequelae of congenital cleft lip or palate at any age (lip scar, oral cavity fistula, nasal deformity)

Benefits for patients:
- Patients participating in the program will receive 100% treatment cost sponsorship from Operation Smile Vietnam
- Patients will receive partial assistance for travel and accommodation costs during hospitalization
Note:
Patients when examined should not have congenital diseases such as heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, etc., and should not be ill, have fever, or infection at the time of examination.
