Patients are encouraged to use the UMC CARE app to obtain a queue number and pay hospital fees online. After successfully booking an appointment, patients only need to arrive at the Hospital at the scheduled time.
- Convenient and fast health insurance (BHYT) payment support: Patients receive BHYT coverage both in‑network and out‑of‑network as per current regulations, with 100% of costs (depending on card type) paid within the BHYT benefit categories.
