Perform disease diagnosis, create medical records and prescribe treatment, regulate admission, department transfer, hospital transfer, discharge, regulate management of wards, procedure rooms, and medication use.
For newly admitted patients or those transferred from other departments, immediate examination is required, providing medication orders, care regimen, and diet. Within 24 hours, the medical record and necessary tests must be completed; emergency patients must have an initial medical record created upon admission.
When leadership visits patients, the treating physician must fully report the patient's progress during treatment to seek guidance.
Conduct case conferences in accordance with regulations for severe or critical patients, or those diagnosed and treated but with slow or no disease progression.
Perform specialized procedures and tests as assigned by the Department Head.

Graduated from postgraduate studies, preferably a resident physician, specialist doctor level I, or a Master's in Hematology
Professional practice license
Medical teaching certificate
Physicians with more than 3 years of relevant specialist experience or working at top-tier (Level 1) hospitals.
English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, Writing: level 5, Speaking: level 6).
Proficient in office computer applications.
Good communication skills.
