Professional qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospital Management, Public Health or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in training or staff organization. Preference for experience in hospitals.
Preference for internal training/L&D certification.
Proficient in English at a level equivalent to Level 2 of the Vietnamese language competency framework.
Proficient in office computer applications.
Professional requirements:

+ Assess competencies and conduct reality surveys to develop training plans.
+ Design learning pathways for each position.
+ Develop training content.
+ Organize and implement training.
+ Evaluate training effectiveness.
+ Manage training records – data.
+ Training reporting.
