Job Description

Implement hospital regulations, especially must pay attention to: disease diagnosis, creating medical records and prescribing treatment, admission regulations, department transfer, hospital transfer, discharge, ward management regulations, procedure room regulations, and medication usage regulations

Assist the department head in arranging and allocating wards appropriately: severe cases, cases requiring monitoring, aseptic postoperative, and septic postoperative.

Participate in departmental professional meetings: report on on-call status and the progress of assigned patients.

For newly admitted patients or those transferred from other departments, conduct immediate examinations, update medical records, issue treatment orders, care plans, diet, and be ready for surgery when indicated.

Each morning, examine each patient and issue orders for medication, care plans, and diet. In the afternoon, revisit patients and provide additional orders as needed. Severe patients must be closely monitored and promptly managed for any abnormal developments

At the end of each workday, record in the handover log for the on-duty doctor the severe patients, monitoring requirements, and any remaining orders for each patient

Participate in consultations and mortality reviews when requested.

Summarize medical records for patients transferring departments, discharged, or transferred to other hospitals according to admission, department transfer, hospital transfer, and discharge regulations

Closely monitor postoperative patients to provide additional treatment, care, and appropriate diet.
Requirements

Postgraduate degree, preferably resident physicians, specialist level I, or Master of Medicine in General Surgery

Professional practice certificate

Doctors with over 3 years of relevant specialist experience or work at top‑tier (Level 1) hospitals.

English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, Writing: level 5, Speaking: level 6).

Proficient in office computer applications.
