Job Description

  • Monitor infection cases (VPBV, NKH, NKVM and other types of infections) and pathogenic agents.
  • Analyze data (rates, ratios, usage rates of related invasive devices…) and perform a "Benchmark" analysis of the hospital's data against other hospitals of the same grade nationally, regionally, and worldwide.
  • Analyze the relationship between NKBV - agents - antibiotic resistance profiles.
  • Report and propose intervention measures.
  • Regularly "round" to inspect and review infection control activities (according to checklists and record patient files if necessary).
  • Address specific situations as needed:
    • Participate in case identification
    • Find the cause
    • Epidemiological investigation.
    • Handle outbreak (if any)

Requirements

  • Graduate as a general practitioner or specialist doctor (Level I or above) in a field relevant to the position.
  • Certification in sterilization and disinfection.
  • Basic infection control class certification
  • Doctor with more than 1 year of relevant specialist experience or work at Grade 1 hospitals.
  • English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, writing: level 5, speaking: level 6).
  • Proficient in office computer applications.
  • Good communication skills.
