Job Description

Develop plans and conduct compliance checks of professional procedures in the Pharmacy Department.

Develop plans and conduct professional activity audits of the Hospital Pharmacy.

Regularly update regulatory documents on professional management, advise the Department Head to submit to Facility Management a plan to disseminate and implement these regulations across hospital departments.

Participate in creating the hospital drug formulary and developing drug tender plans.

Participate in organizing drug tenders, signing supply contracts, managing drug supply, and resolving related issues.

Develop plans and participate in inspections of drug usage and storage in on‑call cabinets of clinical departments, submitted for approval by the Department Head.

Develop plans and participate in inspections of drug storage, management, and dispensing in the Pharmacy Department.

Execute, report, and be accountable to the Pharmacy Department Head for assigned tasks.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Preference for candidates with a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Management.

Professional license
-
Prefer pharmacists with more than 1 year of relevant specialty experience or experience in Level 1 hospitals.
