Rehabilitation Department

Job Description

  • Consult and treat physical therapy – rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, obstetrics and gynecology, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, endocrine, and neuromuscular disorders; skin sequelae such as shingles and burns
  • Participate in departmental and interdisciplinary case conferences; monitor mortality; join specialized multidisciplinary treatment units.
  • Coordinate with ancillary departments in diagnosing and treating patients.
  • Participate in on‑call professional duties.
  • Assist in developing activity plans and departmental development strategies as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Organize rehabilitation treatment in specialty groups comprising doctors and technicians. Conduct professional briefings within specialty groups.
  • Participate in developing management plans and staffing utilization as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Assist in creating quality management plans for the department as directed by the Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Graduated postgraduate, preferably a resident doctor in the Rehabilitation specialty
  • Doctor with more than 3 years of relevant specialty experience or experience working at a Grade 1 hospital.
  • English proficiency: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 65, TOEIC (Reading & Listening: 650, Writing: level 5, Speaking: level 6).
  • Proficient in office computer applications.
  • Good communication skills.
